Delivery & Assembly Cost Charges
Downtown's contract professional delivery teams and dedicated white glove delivery partners associates provide two-person local deliveries shipment with the sole purpose of enabling your furnishings items are delivered to you promptly and safely.
Our local logistics team mates will contact you 3-7 working days prior to your scheduled delivery via WhatsApp / SMS/ Call Contact so you can make preparations to receive your item / s. Please kindly acknowledge our message / s within 24 hours or your delivery may be cancelled and rescheduled.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday 9 am to 2 pm
Please note that it is your responsibility to kindly check if the item you have purchase will fit through doors, staircases and lifts before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the product description on our website.
Delivery & Product Assembly Charges
Delivery and assembly applies to furniture products only, and includes the unpacking, assembly of your item/s, moving of item/s into the room of your choosing in your home, and rubbish removal.
Product assembly does not apply to any site installation of wall art, wall mirrors, wall shelves, bathroom cabinets and basins, or any installation that requires drilling of walls.

Stairwell access If your item/s cannot fit into your lift and stairwell access is required, there will be a surcharge for the additional man-effort and time needed for the delivery. This applies to stairwell access within HDB maisonettes, condominiums, penthouses, landed property, and commercial buildings.
